Through RHJ-JOC's best value approach, both the community and the government agency are winners. Here are the highlights of the company's commitment to the communities:  

  

RHJ-JOC subcontracts 90%+ of the business to the local community.

RHJ-JOC's small business outreach ensures that small businesses will be competing with each other based on similar sizes and circumstances which levels the playing field for local companies.


RHJ-JOC's vendor list is carefully researched and is client knowledge driven so that all projects awarded are "correct matches" for the various vendors. Vendors will not be allowed to lose money on a project on the hopes that the next "big one" is just around the corner.

 With all JOC projects the company looks to see where rebate programs can be developed. Oftentimes rebates can be given back to the agency to fund  programs such as Drop-Out Prevention.

RHJ-JOC will always seek to maximize the M/WBE participation goal of 60% through local small and disadvantaged businesses.
