RHJ-JOC is the sole Job Order Contractor for Houston Community College Systems (HCCS). In 2004, the HCCS Board approved an Inter-local JOC Program to offer Job Order Contracting services to other governmental entities through Inter-Agency Agreements. Therefore, any governmental entity can sign the Inter-local agreement with HCCS and have access to HCCS' Job Order Contracting services.
If a government entity does not already have a JOC Program in place, signing an Inter-local agreement with another agency is the fastest, most efficient method for obtaining the services of a Job Order Contractor.
For all government agencies that sign an Inter-local agreement with HCCS, they will have immediate access to the services of RHJ-JOC and RHJ-JOC can begin to work for them immediately. |
