GSA Schedules
RHJ-JOC is applying for its own GSA Schedule for Privatization. With this schedule, the company can partner with the GSA and together they will acquire much of the outsourcing and privatizing which has been mandated by the President. The GSA will market this new schedule to their existing customers (all government agencies) just as they do their current schedules and in return, RHJ-JOC will rebate a percentage of the contract back to GSA. Prior to this GSA Privatization Schedule, the only other outsourcing schedule to be created has been for IT.

Once the GSA Schedule for Privatization is complete, the company intends to initially pursue government privatization opportunities in real estate services: property and facility management, leasing and marketing, transaction and investment, construction management and development, engineering, and portfolio administration. With the approval of H.R. 2548 (the Federal Property Asset Management Reform Act of 2003), there is considerable opportunity for public-private partnerships and RHJ-JOC will be leading the way.
