  Our Approach to JOC

Our approach to Job Order Contracting is to use our Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) team's expertise developed over the last 20 years to focus on superior execution and performance of long-term Job Order Contracts nationwide.

RHJ-JOC has developed an organizational approach that ensures the best technical talent is applied in a cost-effective manner to each Job Order Contract. Experience has taught us long ago that a direct and uncomplicated organizational structure designed to empower key personnel on site consistently yields the most effective and highest quality results on Job Order Contracts. Through our well-planned operational structure, RHJ-JOC can proceed through each work order phase and make a smooth transition between contracted activities.

To effectively provide program management for each Job Order Contract, RHJ-JOC's organization is structured as three distinct, yet fully integrated operational groups, including:

A completely autonomous Project Management Team with full responsibility for successful on site JOC operations and the functional authority to carry out that responsibility.

An independent Quality Control Team with complete responsibility for implementing and maintaining strict compliance to our Quality Control Program with the expressed authoirty of the executive level of the firm to carry out the responsibility.

A Home Office support structure to provide technical, management, financial support, and a pool of resources to the Project Management Team.
