The Work Order Team administers the JOC and acts as the primary contact for the Client in all contract responses and manages the work order process, including design, execution and subcontractor documentation.

The Project Manager oversees all functions related to this contract. The Project Manager has full signature authority to make decisions regarding the work on the contract and on each work order. The Project Manager assigns a Project Engineer to each work order. As work orders are issued, the Project Engineer will be involved from the very beginning.

All tracking is done with a fully integrated state-of-the-art Project Management, Estimating, Procurement, Accounting and Reporting System.
