Our Subcontractor Pre-qualification process ensures that we have a diverse team of subcontractors that can function as a “first line of fire” for scheduled or emergency work order issuances of any type. RHJ-JOC chooses subcontractors who have a reputation for excellent work, ability to hire necessary skilled employees, credit to ensure materials and supplies can be purchased and insurance and necessary bonding requirements.
