RHJ-JOC utilizes a direct and uncomplicated project organizational approach
designed to yield the highest quality
results.
Our project organizational approach is comprised of six distinct, yet fully integrated operational groups,
including:
1. An Executive Committee comprised of project expertise, proven local leadership, and other project stakeholders
necessary to successfully complete projects.
2. A Program Control Team with full responsibility for successful on-site construction operations, along with the
functional authority to carry out that responsibility.
3. An independent Quality Control Team with responsibility for implementing and
maintaining strict compliance to
our Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and
Safety Programs, along with the express authority of the Principal-In-
Charge to carry out the responsibility.
4. A Design Team that provides supplemental expertise and professional licenses tailored to meet specific project
needs.
5. A Construction Team involved in the execution, monitoring of work flow processes, and the close out phase of
every project to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with specifications and statement of work.
6. Home Office support provides technical, management and financial resources
to the Project Management Team to
insure the highest standard and best practices that support transparency in accounting, auditing, and contract
